As we continue to grow, we are seeking BCBA I, BCBA II, BCBA III, and Assistant Clinical Directors to join our compassionate, clinically-driven team of professionals.

We prioritize fostering long-term relationships with clients and families through exceptional therapy. If you're ready to make a meaningful impact while advancing your career, we want to hear from you!

Job Opportunities:

We have openings for multiple BCBA levels:

Depending on your experience and professional development, you may be considered for one of the above roles, each with increasing responsibilities and leadership opportunities.

Job Purpose:

As a BCBA you will be responsible for overseeing the implementation of ABA programs and providing clinical leadership for children on your caseload. In these roles, you will directly supervise a team of RBTs/ABA therapists, collaborate with parents and educators, and ensure that the highest standards of service are met.

Key Responsibilities for All BCBA Roles:

  • Clinical Leadership: Lead the development and execution of individualized ABA programs for children with Autism and developmental disabilities.

  • Team Supervision & Mentorship: Provide guidance to and supervise Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) and ABA therapists. For higher-level positions (BCBA II & III), this includes mentoring and supporting junior staff.

  • Client & Parent Collaboration: Develop and maintain relationships with parents, teachers, and other team members, ensuring open communication regarding the child’s progress.

  • Program Development & Implementation: Design, implement, and evaluate individualized treatment plans and behavior intervention plans (BIPs) to maximize client progress.

  • Data Oversight & Analysis: Ensure the accurate collection of data and the timely reporting of client progress and outcomes. Use data to make informed treatment decisions.

  • Supervision of RBTs: Oversee and support RBTs with the daily execution of therapy and provide guidance to ensure they meet best practice standards.

  • Light Travel: Occasional travel to client homes, schools, and community settings for assessments, parent education, and program implementation

Specific Responsibilities for Higher-Level Roles (BCBA II & BCBA III):

  • BCBA II/BCBA III: As a BCBA II or III, you will have additional responsibilities, including taking a leadership role in program development, conducting formal evaluations, and mentoring less experienced BCBAs and RBTs.

  • Leadership & Consultation: Provide consultation to teachers and parents about intervention strategies, curriculum modifications, and behavior management.

  • Case Supervision: Take on a greater caseload and responsibility for treatment plans, evaluations, and ongoing client assessments.

Required Qualifications for All BCBA Roles:

  • BCBA Certification (Required for all BCBA positions)

  • Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or a related field

  • Experience supervising and mentoring RBTs is preferred for higher-level positions

  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and manage a variety of responsibilities

  • Passion for working with children and making a long-term difference in their lives

Preferred Qualifications:
