Team Leader – Picolé (Marsh Lane Plaza, Dallas, TX)

💼 Responsibilities:
- Lead and support team members during daily operations
- Ensure excellent customer service and uphold store standards
- Assist with opening/closing duties and shift transitions
- Handle basic inventory and stock management
- Foster a positive and motivating work environment

- Previous experience in retail or food service (preferred)
- Leadership ability and strong communication skills
- Organized, proactive, and dependable
- Flexible availability, including weekends
