💼 Responsibilities:

• Lead and support team members during daily operations
• Ensure excellent customer service and uphold store standards
• Assist with opening/closing duties and shift transitions
• Handle basic inventory and stock management
• Foster a positive and motivating work environment

• Previous experience in retail or food service (preferred)
• Leadership ability and strong communication skills
• Organized, proactive, and dependable
• Flexible availability, including weekends
