We’re seeking a driven and compassionate Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehab team in Midtown Sacramento. This is a fantastic opportunity to deliver personalized therapy in a vibrant, patient-focused setting. You'll work alongside a supportive clinical team and have access to tools that promote both your patients’ progress and your own professional development.
🛠️ Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct thorough patient assessments and develop tailored treatment plans
- Deliver therapeutic services to help patients improve strength, mobility, and function
- Document patient care accurately and in compliance with regulatory guidelines
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, physicians, and caregivers
- Supervise PT assistants and aides, ensuring high-quality care
- Engage in continuing education and maintain clinical best practices
- Contribute to team improvement initiatives and staff meetings
- Maintain a safe, professional, and motivating clinical environment
✅ Requirements
- Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program
- Active California Physical Therapist License
- Current CPR certification
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with EMR systems and documentation best practices
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and safely assist with patient mobility
- Positive, collaborative approach and strong clinical problem-solving
