🩺 Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and motivated Physical Therapist to join our outpatient rehabilitation team in Citrus Heights, CA. In this role, you'll help patients regain mobility, strength, and confidence — and work within a team that truly values collaboration and clinical excellence.
🛠️ Roles & Responsibilities
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with personalized care plans
- Provide direct physical therapy interventions and education
- Document patient progress accurately and in a timely manner
- Collaborate with other therapists, aides, physicians, and caregivers
- Supervise therapy assistants and aides as necessary
- Maintain compliance with documentation and billing procedures
- Stay current on best practices and licensure requirements
✅ Requirements
- Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy program (CAPTE or equivalent)
- Active California Physical Therapy License
- Current CPR certification
- Strong interpersonal and clinical problem-solving skills
- Experience with EMR systems and care documentation
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist with patient transfers
