Job Summary

️ Roles & Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans

• Deliver high-quality physical therapy interventions to a diverse patient population

• Document patient progress accurately and in compliance with regulatory standards

• Supervise and support therapy assistants and aides as needed

• Communicate effectively with physicians, patients, families, and team members

• Ensure safety and quality of care at all times

• Participate in staff meetings, trainings, and quality initiatives

• Maintain licensure and stay current on continuing education

✅ Requirements

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program

• Active California Physical Therapist License (or eligibility)

• Current CPR certification (meeting state licensure requirements)

• Strong clinical judgment and documentation skills

• Positive, team-oriented attitude

• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and assist in patient mobility
