A reputable clinical laboratory in New York is seeking a Medical Lab Technician (MLT) or Medical Technologist (MT) to join its night shift hematology team. Salary Range:

• MT: $38.00 $50.00/hr

• MLT: $30.00 $45.00/hr

What You ll Do:

• Perform moderate and high-complexity hematology testing using advanced instrumentation (Sysmex XN line, CellaVision)

• Analyze and report accurate test and quality control results

• Adhere to laboratory procedures for specimen integrity and processing

• Maintain compliance with departmental and regulatory policies

• Take corrective actions when necessary to ensure quality testing standards are met
