Position no -1 Lead ITSM BPC Strong lead ITSM BPC to perform ITSM Process Assesment, document results, conduct workshop sessions, document stories and provide advisory support. This is staf aug engagement. Most be a strong communicator and able to work independently. Position No -2 ServiceNow ITSM Technical Consultant Location - Remote D​uration 6 Months ​Lead level ITSM TC to support ITSM Process Assessment, support workshop sessions, demo solutions, configuration activities and advisory support. Healthcare experience is a plus. Position NO -3 Strong lead ITSM BPC Strong lead ITSM BPC to perform ITSM Process Assesment, document results, conduct workshop sessions, document stories and provide advisory support.
