Qualifications

• MD/DO
• O pen to Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians
• Fellowship preferred but not required

Compensation & Benefits :

• $317,000 Annual Compensation
  • $287,000 salary + $30,000 quality incentive
• $40,000 sign-on bonus
• Full benefits include 35 days of PTO , health insurance, malpractice, CME, and more
