As a Physical Therapist, you’ll help patients regain strength, improve mobility, and reclaim independence. You’ll play a key role in rehab and recovery for a diverse patient population in an encouraging and team-oriented environment.

Duties include:

• Performing evaluations and developing custom treatment plans

• Delivering hands-on therapy and guiding exercise-based recovery

• Educating patients and families on progress and self-care techniques

• Collaborating with other therapists, nurses, and providers

• Tracking patient progress and updating care plans accordingly

• Active Colorado PT license (or willing to obtain)

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program

• Current BLS certification

• At least 1 year of recent PT experience (SNF or outpatient a plus!)

• Strong communication and adaptability skills
