Charge Nurse ($5000.00 Hiring Bonus)

Duties:

Provide leadership and guidance to nursing staff

ensure adherence to established standards of care and protocols

Monitor and assess patient conditions, including vital signs and response to treatment

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed

Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient

care plans

Oversee the coordination of patient admissions, transfers, and discharges

Maintain accurate and complete medical records

Assist in the training and orientation of new nursing staff

Participate in quality improvement initiatives and infection control measures

Respond to emergencies and provide immediate care as needed

Please note that this position requires working rotating shifts, weekends, and holidays as needed to ensure 24/7 patient care.
