LPN: This will be for a six (6) month contract and up to 40 hours per week. Overtime is possible but is not guaranteed and can be mandated. Approximate date: 6/9/2025 8am

Requirements:
- Must have a valid license/certification in the state of West Virginia
- Minimum 1 year of long-term health care experience
- Valid Driver’s License and reliable transportation
- Current CPR certificate AHA
- Physically able to perform duties
- WV Cares background check
- Physical
- Two step PPD
- Covid vaccine card/waiver
- Drug/alcohol screen
