Location: Lebanon/ Mt. Juliet 
Pay: $28.00
Multiple Positions available 
Schedule:
Monday- Friday 8:30am-4:40pm
Evening shifts Available as well 
G-Tube Dependent 
Medication Management 
PRN oral/nasal Suctioning
Aspiration/Seizure Precautions  
Other Duties include:
Assisting with bathing & dressing
Attending doctor’s appointments with the patient
Providing supportive, attentive care in a comfortable home
