- 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM

Job Description: We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at our Long Term Care Facility in Winnsboro, Louisiana. This position is for PRN shifts, offering flexibility and the opportunity to work in a supportive and caring environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in accordance with their care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor residents’ health and report any changes to the healthcare team.
- Assist with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, and feeding.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of residents’ health status and care provided.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care.
Requirements:
- Valid LPN license in the state of Louisiana.
- Minimum of 6 months of experience as an LPN, preferably in a long-term care setting.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Compassionate and patient-focused approach to care.
