Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a determined and dynamic Mobile-First Senior Product Owner who embodies our core values: Service, Accountability, Customer Focus, Growth, and Integrity.

As a Senior Product Owner, you will be leading the strategy, development, and optimization of our mobile experiences. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring our mobile products deliver exceptional value to users, with a focus on usability, performance, and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

Own and manage the mobile product backlog, prioritizing features that enhance the mobile user experience.
Define clear user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics with a mobile-first mindset.
Collaborate with UX/UI designers to ensure intuitive, responsive, and accessible mobile interfaces.
Partner with mobile developers to ensure technical feasibility and timely delivery.
Analyze mobile usage data and customer feedback to inform product decisions.
Advocate for mobile-first design principles across the organization.
Stay up-to-date with mobile trends, technologies, and best practices.
Stakeholder communication for status and setting expectations.
Voice of the user.

Requirements:

3+ years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager, with a strong focus on mobile applications.
3+ years of experience with Salesforce, e-signature tools and API’s
Proven track record of delivering successful mobile products (iOS and/or Android).
Strong understanding of mobile UX/UI principles and responsive design.
AI-Savvy - Stong understanding of AI/ML for opportunities, requirements, and design aligned with business goals.
Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with tools like Jira, Figma, or similar.
Technical background or experience working closely with mobile development teams.
Experience with A/B testing and mobile analytics.
Knowledge of accessibility standards and internationalization for mobile apps
