Director of Human Resources

POSITION SUMMARY

As a key member of the leadership team at Ashley, you will oversee all HR operations while driving strategic initiatives that shape our culture, improve employee engagement, and ensure compliance across the organization. This is a leadership role where you’ll have the opportunity to impact both the direction of the HR department and the overall success of Ashley.

In this role, you will:

• Lead the HR department and mentor a growing team.
• Manage talent acquisition strategies and oversee senior-level recruitment.
• Oversee benefits administration, compliance, and compensation planning.
• Guide employee relations, conduct investigations, and assist in policy development.
• Drive performance management and support learning & development initiatives.
• Maintain and optimize HRIS systems and oversee HR metrics reporting.
• Partner with leadership on organizational design and workforce planning to meet both current and future needs.

What you bring:

• 8–10 years of experience in HR, with 5+ years in an HR leadership role.
• A Bachelor's degree required; a Master's degree is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of employment law, benefits administration, and HR strategy.
• Exceptional communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• Certification (SPHR, PHR, SHRM-CP) is preferred, but not required.
