Key Responsibilities:

• Lead all site HSE functions and ensure OSHA/EPA/local compliance

• Manage Safety & Environmental staff

• Build and scale a next-generation PSM program

• Drive audits, risk assessments, and corrective actions

• Engage with regulatory bodies and internal stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

• 8+ years of HSE experience in chemical or process industries

• 3+ years in a leadership role

• Strong background in PSM development

• Bachelor's in Safety, Environmental, or Engineering

• CSP or CSHM certification preferred
