We are currently working with a client, seeking qualified candidates for their Field Service and Lab Engineer position based out of Atlanta, GA.


ABOUT THE JOB

The role of the Field Service and Lab Engineer will be responsible for the following duties:

Equipment Installation:

• Installing Equipment and provide training to customers on how to operate it
• Communicate and cooperate with different subject matter experts to ensure a successful installation

Troubleshoot & Repair Equipment:

• Troubleshoot equipment to determine the cause of reported problems
• Analyze functional problems and their link to electrical controls and software setup
• Repair equipment to restore it to full functionality
• Perform routine preventative maintenance

Maintain Work Reports:

• Write logs of every service call performed and add necessary notes to customers records

Advise Customers & Perform Demonstrations:

• Show customers how to use equipment and advise them on best practices to keep their equipment functioning
• Demonstrate equipment capabilities and demonstrate how to perform various tasks, including simple maintenance

Maintain Appearance:

• Professional in work ethic and appearance
• Represent company and must portray the highest professional image to customers
