Now Hiring: Experienced Server – Persian Cuisine

We are looking for a professional and enthusiastic Server to join our team at a high-volume Persian restaurant. The ideal candidate is passionate about hospitality, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings at least 2 years of prior serving experience. Experience with Persian or Mediterranean cuisine is highly preferred.

About the Role
As a Server, you will be the face of our dining experience—responsible for creating warm, welcoming interactions and delivering exceptional service from start to finish. Your knowledge of Persian flavors, attention to detail, and efficiency will help ensure each guest enjoys a memorable meal.

Responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests with a friendly and professional demeanor

• Take food and beverage orders accurately, using a POS system or OpenTable when required

• Offer detailed menu knowledge, including daily specials and suggested pairings

• Ensure timely and polished delivery of food and drinks

• Monitor tables throughout service, anticipating guest needs and resolving concerns promptly

• Upsell menu items and promotions to enhance the guest experience

• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, including table resets

• Follow all food safety and hygiene protocols

• Communicate effectively with kitchen and team members to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a server in a full-service restaurant

• Prior experience with Persian or Mediterranean cuisine is a strong plus

• Strong multitasking and time management skills

• Excellent interpersonal and customer service abilities

• Familiarity with upselling techniques and basic food safety knowledge

• POS system proficiency and accuracy in handling transactions

• Positive attitude, reliability, and a team-oriented spirit
