Schedule: Tuesdays, 6:30 AM – 4:30 PM
Pay: $20–$24/hour (Temp Position, Paid Weekly)
About Us
We’re a growing clean-label energy bar company seeking a Bakery Production Operator to support our production line one day per week (Tuesdays). You’ll help ensure our dense bar mix is properly mixed and fed into our slab-forming machine during peak production. Key Responsibilities:
Manually hand-mix bar dough for 2 minutes to ensure even consistency after mechanical mixing
Receive logs (~1.5–2 lbs each) from conveyor and manually feed into the slab-forming machine https://www.eganfoodtech.com/equipment/Bar-And-Bite-Slabforming/SlabForm-DUO
Maintain pace with the system (~1 log every 3–5 seconds)
Monitor placement and orientation to avoid jams or misfeeds
Remove and reset any misaligned logs
Assist with light cleanup and line reset at end of shift/ Clean slab line machine.
✅ Requirements:
Able to lift and handle 1.5–2 lb logs repeatedly for hours
Comfortable working on your feet (standing, bending, placing logs) for 10-hour shifts
Reliable and punctual — this role directly impacts production timing
Comfortable in a cold or warm commercial kitchen/food facility
Experience in bakery production, catering prep, line cooking, or food manufacturing preferred
