Job Opportunity: Corporate Accounting Manager

We are currently seeking an accomplished Corporate Accounting Manager on behalf of our client, a dynamic and expanding organization that values precision, compliance, and financial transparency. This role is ideal for a seasoned accounting leader with deep expertise in complex consolidations, technical accounting, and team management.

Position Overview
In this pivotal role, you will lead monthly and annual close processes, oversee the consolidation of financial statements, and ensure compliance with GAAP. You will guide a high-performing accounting team, coordinate audits, and partner with external stakeholders-all while supporting the strategic financial direction of the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead monthly and year-end close processes and financial statement consolidation
• Prepare consolidated financial statements, including balance sheet, income statement, and statement of cash flows
• Oversee quarterly and annual financial statements with footnotes and ensuring accuracy
• Ensure full GAAP compliance, including ASC 606 and ASC 842
• Lead and mentor the accounting team
• Coordinate with external auditors annually, prepare audit schedules, and manage audit inquiries
• Develop and maintain technical accounting policy documentation and internal controls

Candidate Profile

• 5+ years' experience in corporate accounting and financial statement consolidation
• 2+ years' experience leading and managing teams
• CPA highly desirable
• Deep understanding of U.S. GAAP and technical accounting standards
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions and accounting processes

Salary: $110,000 to $135,000
