Alliance Services, Inc. is seeking a travel nurse RN Home Health for a travel nursing job in Antigo, Wisconsin.

\n\nOpportunity:
\nRN - Home Health Nurse
\n\nJob Details:
\n• Work 8-hour varied shifts with guaranteed 37 hours per week with flex up to 40 hours
\n• Work every 4th weekend with holiday rotation required
\n• On-call responsibilities 1-2 times during the week and every other weekend
\n• Provide care for 20-25 patients with approximately 4.5 visits per day on average
\n• Travel approximately 50 miles per day depending on territory and patient census
\n• Potential to float to other territories to assist when needed during low census
\n• Must respond to answering service calls within 15 minutes
\n• Perform OASIS admissions, all time points, episode management, and doctor calls
\n• Coordinate care and complete timely documentation in EMR
\n• Clinical competencies required in wound care, IV, ports, lab draws, and chronic disease management
\n• Experience with Epic Remote Client/Remote Care charting system required
\n• Minimum 2 years of home health with travel experience required
\n• Required certifications: Wisconsin License, BLS (AHA or ARC), Valid Driver's License
\n• OASIS certification is preferred
\n• Associate degree or certificate required
\n• Contract length is 13 weeks with ASAP start date
\n• Must live outside a 50-mile radius
\n• Mask required at all times during flu season if declining flu and covid vaccinations
