Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate each child's language, articulation, oral motor/feeding skills, and more
- Develop individualized treatment plans tailored to meet the unique needs and goals of each child and their family.
- Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions to improve functional independence.
- Collaborate closely with parents, caregivers, and other members of the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated and holistic care.
- Provide education and support to families regarding therapeutic strategies, home programs, and carryover plans.
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation of assessments, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with regulatory standards.
- Master's degree (or higher) in Speech Pathology.
- Current state ST license or eligibility for license as a Speech Therapist.
- Skills in evaluating and treating children with various diagnoses, including autism spectrum disorder, developmental delays, and others.
- Proficiency in administering standardized assessments and outcome measures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with a diverse range of individuals.
- Dedication to providing family-centered care and advocating for the needs of children and their families.
