Responsibilities:

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in commercial facilities, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing.
• Ensure all areas are cleaned to company standards and client specifications.
• Handle cleaning equipment and supplies safely and efficiently.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
• Maintain a positive and professional demeanor while interacting with clients and team members.
• Follow cleaning schedules and ensure timely completion of assigned tasks.
• Adhere to all safety and health regulations while performing cleaning duties.
• Assist in special cleaning projects as needed.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous experience in commercial cleaning or janitorial services is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills.
• Reliable transportation and valid drivers license.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform physical tasks.
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
