TeleOperations Operator - Autonomous Vehicle Support

Position: TeleOperations Operator – Autonomous Vehicle Support Location: Las Vegas, NV (Onsite) Pay Rate: $25.00/hour Employment Type: Full-Time, 6-Month Contract

Overview An innovative autonomous ride-hailing company is seeking a TeleOperations Operator to join its growing team in Las Vegas. This critical role supports the remote monitoring and safe operation of self-driving vehicles. As the “human-in-the-loop,” you'll help bridge advanced autonomous systems with real-world scenarios requiring human intervention.

Responsibilities

• Monitor autonomous vehicles in real time, offering remote support when needed

• Safely take manual control during complex or safety-sensitive events, following strict protocols

• Collect operational data and provide feedback to improve system performance

• Collaborate with technical teams to enhance the TeleOps interface and usability

• Ensure compliance with regulatory and safety standards

Available Shifts

• Day Shift: 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

• Night Shift: 5:30 PM – 2:00 AM

• Days: Tues–Sat, Wed–Sun, Thurs–Mon, Sat–Wed Candidates with broad shift flexibility are strongly preferred

Required Qualifications

• Strong driving record and clean criminal history

• 2+ years of experience in operations, technical support, QA testing, or similar field

• Proficient with Windows and Linux systems

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Ability to work flexible schedules and remain focused under pressure

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with autonomous vehicle operations or QA testing

• Familiarity with simulation software or game-style controls

• Bachelor’s degree in STEM, analytics, or a related discipline

• Basic understanding of data analysis and metric reporting
