We are currently seeking an Aftermarket Parts Associate to join a growing team in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment. The ideal candidate enjoys problem-solving, thrives in a support role, and is comfortable working with a variety of internal and external stakeholders.

Aftermarket Parts Associate Job Duties include:

  • Respond to a high volume of customer requests via email and phone regarding part availability, pricing, and identification
  • Provide product support by verifying parts by serial number and tracking shipments or order status
  • Assist with customer service tasks including return authorizations, shipping discrepancies, and stock order questions
  • Answer inbound phone calls promptly and professionally
  • Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction by escalating urgent issues to management as needed
  • Accurately update order and tracking information using internal systems
  • Perform additional administrative duties as assigned to support team success

Preferred Skills & Characteristics:

  • Previous experience in customer service, logistics, or parts distribution preferred
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable using Excel for basic data entry and record keeping
  • Ability to learn product lines and build familiarity with the aftermarket/heavy-duty parts industry
  • Strong teamwork, flexibility, and a focus on quality and service

Requirements include:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Minimum 1 year of customer service or order support experience
  • Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
  • Ability to provide 2 professional references
  • Willingness to submit to a pre-employment background check
