Apartment Leasing Consultant will be expected to perform the responsibilities below:

• Greets, assists, and leases apartments to all prospective residents who enter the community.

• Answering phones, greeting potential clients/residents, and showing available apartment homes.

• Fielding general questions regarding rental units and property features.

• Ensure the appearance of model apartments & future apartment homes are acceptable for showing.

• Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to smile under all circumstances.

• Excellent and effective written and verbal communication skills.

• Mindfulness of "curb-appeal" in the community.

• Must be comfortable with a fast-paced atmosphere.

Minimum Qualifications: High school diploma with at least six months of experience in the apartment industry or two years of customer service experience.

Preferred Qualifications: College degree.
