Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic Marketing Representative to promote our home care services to potential clients, nursing facilities, and healthcare professionals in New Mexico. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase brand awareness, generate leads, and secure new contracts.

Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing plans to reach new clients and contracts
- Build relationships with nursing facilities, healthcare professionals, and community organizations
- Attend networking events, conferences, and trade shows to promote our services
- Create and distribute marketing materials, including brochures, flyers, and business cards
- Manage and update our website and social media platforms
- Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing strategies
- Meet or exceed monthly sales targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
- 2+ years of marketing experience, preferably in the healthcare industry
- Proven track record of success in sales and marketing
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with CRM software and marketing automation tools
