Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Coverage Needed :

• As soon as credentialed - December 31, 2025
• Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM

Clinical Details :

• Clinic based facility
• Patient Population: Senior care
• Average Patients per Day: 16
• EMR: eCW
• Support Staff: 2 CMA, 2 Intake LPN, 2 Case managers with 4 APC's and 1 MD for collaboration

Requirements :

• BLS
• Will consider non-local providers, will not reimburse for travel
