RPh on the Go is actively seeking a reliable and experienced Inpatient Pharmacist for a full-time, 13-week contract-to-hire opportunity in Coldwater, Michigan. This role offers the chance to contribute directly to patient care in a hospital setting while working alongside a collaborative healthcare team.

• Accurately review, verify, and dispense inpatient medications in accordance with hospital policies

• Provide clinical support and drug information to physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff

• Ensure adherence to all regulatory, safety, and USP standards

• Supervise and assist pharmacy technicians and support personnel

• Maintain precise patient records and contribute to treatment planning

• Active Michigan Pharmacist license in good standing

• Recent experience in an inpatient hospital pharmacy setting (required)

• Solid understanding of hospital pharmacy operations and systems

• Flexibility to work rotating first and second shifts

• Strong clinical, organizational, and communication skills
