Responsibilities

• Provide technical support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot software and hardware issues with our products.
• Guide users through installation, configuration, and usage of our services.
• Document interactions and solutions accurately for future reference and quality assurance.
• Collaborate with engineering and product teams to address advanced technical problems.
• Stay updated on product knowledge, new features, and industry trends.
• Collect user feedback to help inform product improvements and enhancements.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken, is essential.
• Experience in technical support, particularly in the software or technology sector, is preferred.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think analytically.
• Excellent communication abilities with a customer-oriented approach.
• Familiarity with troubleshooting methodologies and technical documentation.
