• Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems
• Perform routine maintenance and system replacements
• Communicate clearly with customers
• Help train and mentor junior techs
• Follow all safety and code requirements

• HVAC experience (residential/light commercial)
• EPA Certification preferred (we’ll help you get it if needed)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to pass background check and drug screen
• Great communication skills and a team-player attitude
