About the Role:
We are seeking a dynamic and energetic individual to join our team as an expo at Full Throttle Distillery and Smokehouse. As an expo, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient flow of food from the kitchen to the guests, while also maintaining cleanliness and organization in the expo area.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate food orders between the kitchen and the serving staff
• Inspect and ensure the accuracy and presentation of food orders before they are delivered to guests
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the expo area
• Assist with restocking and replenishing inventory as needed
• Communicate effectively with kitchen and serving staff to ensure efficient operations

Requirements:

• Prior experience in a similar role preferred
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-pressure environment
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Food handler's permit or willingness to obtain one
• Positive and proactive attitude
