Position Summary:
GTI is seeking a driven and highly organized Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process for a variety of roles within our manufacturing operations. This is an internal-facing role—no business development or external client work—focused on sourcing, screening, and coordinating talent pipelines in partnership with hiring managers. Key Responsibilities:
· Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage all aspects of recruitment, including job postings, sourcing, screening, interviewing, offer negotiation, and onboarding coordination.
· Candidate Sourcing: Use a variety of sourcing methods (job boards, referrals, social media, ATS mining) to attract qualified candidates for both hourly and salaried positions.
· Hiring Manager Collaboration: Partner with department leads to understand role requirements, align on ideal candidate profiles, and schedule timely interviews.
· Interview & Selection Process: Coordinate and facilitate structured interviews with hiring managers. Ensure compliance with fair hiring practices.
· Offer Management: Extend offers, coordinate background checks, and support the candidate through the onboarding journey.
· ATS Management: Maintain up-to-date candidate data and requisition statuses within our Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
· Recruiting Metrics & Reporting: Track key performance indicators such as time-to-fill, source effectiveness, and candidate pipeline health.
· Process Improvement: Continuously improve recruiting processes to ensure efficiency and a positive candidate experience, in alignment with GTI Speed.

Qualifications:
· 2–5 years of recruiting experience, preferably in manufacturing, logistics, or high-volume environments.
· Proven success managing multiple open requisitions across various departments.
· Experience with ATS systems (ADP).
· Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
· Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
· Comfortable working remote.

· Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.
· Knowledge of Arizona & NY labor laws and hiring compliance.
· Understanding of trades or technical recruiting (e.g., welders, electricians, material handlers).
