Autism Instructor - Full-time / Part-time

Marigold Learning Academy is a unique early intervention center designed for children ages 2–8 with Autism Spectrum Disorder. Our program blends ABA therapy with play-based learning in a supportive, small-group classroom environment. We are passionate about preparing children to transition successfully into traditional classrooms and helping families feel empowered and supported.

Position Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. This role is ideal for an educator with experience or a strong interest in working with children with autism. The teacher will lead small group instruction, support individual behavior and learning goals, and collaborate with therapists and families to ensure progress across all developmental areas.

Key Responsibilities:

• Implement structured and play-based lessons that align with individualized treatment plans
• Collaborate with BCBAs, RBTs, speech and occupational therapists
• Foster communication, social-emotional development, and self-regulation skills
• Track progress, complete daily notes, and participate in team meetings
• Create a supportive, engaging classroom where every child can thrive

Qualifications:

• Associate degree in Early Childhood Education prefurred
• Experience working with children with autism or in ABA settings preferred
• Passion for early childhood development and inclusion
• Strong communication and classroom management skills
• Patient, creative, and committed to a team-based approach
