About the Job
We have exciting opportunities for Outside Sales Executives in the Orange County market. As a Sales Executive, you will have the opportunity to increase sales by developing new accounts through sales activity,
including cold calls, appointments, networking, social media etc. Using exemplary customer service, Sales Executives will build client relationships and ensure successful client development.
Pay: 65,000 - 75,000 plus monthly incentives
What You’ll Be Doing
- Using a consultative approach, sell Kimco’s service offerings to prospective clients
- Generate business/job orders and negotiate fee agreements
- Ensure a high degree of client satisfaction with our services
- Build solid relationships with new clients to ensure loyalty
What You Need to Be Successful
- Minimum of a 4-year college degree or 5 years in a full-time sales position
- Minimum of 3 years of B2B experience, temporary help or related industry preferred
- Strong organizational, verbal and written skills
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Able to quickly adapt to internal/external changes to meet corporate and client responsibilities
- Proficiency in the use and operation of a computer system and software
