Exterior remodeling repair technician - Full-time

We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and skilled Roof Repair Technician to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing residential roofing issues while providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough inspections of roofs to identify issues such as leaks, cracks, or structural damage.
• Perform roofing repairs and installations using a variety of materials.
• Communicate effectively with customers to explain the nature of repairs needed and provide clear estimates.
• Ensure all work is completed in compliance with safety standards and regulations.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring tools and materials are properly secured.
• Complete necessary paperwork related to job orders and follow-up with customers post-service.
• Stay updated on industry best practices and continue training on new techniques and materials.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• 3-5 years of experience in roofing repairs and installations.
• Strong knowledge of various roofing materials and techniques.
• Excellent diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members.
• Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
• Ability to lift heavy materials and work on ladders or roofs safely.
• Self-driven with excellent attention to detail.
