Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Saint Francis Health System is seeking a dedicated and compassionate board eligible/board certified Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician. You will join an experienced primary care team based in McAlester, Oklahoma.

Warren Clinic McAlester is part of Saint Francis Health System, the 11 th largest hospital in the nation. Saint Francis is a locally ran and operated, non-profit, debt free health system providing care to the northeastern part of Oklahoma since 1960.

Highlights:

• Competitive 2-year income guarantee base salary with achievable wRVU thresholds and quality incentives for additional compensation

• $50,000 sign-on bonus and up to $25,000 relocation bonus

Position Overview

• Outpatient clinic role no inpatient

• Standard office hours (Monday Friday 8am 5pm)

• Administrative time (5 days clinic time with .5-day admin time per week)

• Call Schedule Minimal call shared with large physician group, triaged by nurses first

• EPIC EMR with advanced AI technology capabilities via Dragon DAX Copilot
