Inventory Supervisor

Schedule: Tuesday-Saturday (10pm-7am) Position Responsibilities: + The Inventory Supervisor is responsible for staffing, training, evaluating and developing warehouse team members and ensuring warehouse staff are scheduling to meet the demands of the facility + As a Inventory Supervisor, you will maintain appropriate warehouse inventory levels and product loss control + WMS Experience Preferrred + You will oversee shipping and receiving functions as applicable + You will manage the warehouse labor and OPEX budget + You will manage warehouse space capacity and interface with outside warehouses, planning, and transportation as required + Other duties as assigned Required Education and Experience: + Associate's Degree with 3 to 4 plus years of related experience and 0 to 1 plus years of supervisory experience or a High School Diploma/General Education Degree (GED) with 5 plus years of related experience and 2 plus years of supervisory experience Preferred Education and Experience: + Bachelor's Degree Benefits At the Reyes Family of Businesses, our Total Rewards Strategy prioritizes the holistic well-being of our employees.
