Citizens Memorial Hospital (CMH) is recruiting a Certified Medical Assistant/Registered Medical Assistant (CMA/RMA) for the Surgical Services Clinic. CMH is made up of 34 primary and specialty clinics, 6 Long-Term Care facilities and 1 residential care facility. Offering acute care, emergency services, ambulatory care, pharmacies, walk-in clinics, surgeries, addiction recovery, therapies and more, CMH has its community covered!

About the department: CMH General Surgery Clinic meet all the general surgery needs of our patients. From diagnostic evaluation to minimally invasive surgery, including robotic surgery, our physicians and staff will take great care of you!

A typical day includes: Performing daily functions related to providing care to patients of the community; actively and consistently contributing to department operations and communication; behaving in a manner consistent with mission of CMH and performing other duties as requested.

The position is Full-time, days. 8:00am - 4:30pm

Job Requirements:

• Education: Medical assistant program completion preferred
• Skills: Patient care, communication
• Experience: patient care
• License: CMA, CCMA, RMA preferred but not required
• Physical:The ability to stand for long periods and to thrive in a fast-paced environment

The position is: Full-Time, days. 8:00am - 4:30pm
