Job Details

About the Role:
We’re hiring a full-time Associate Attorney (2–6 years’ experience) to join our Chicago office. You’ll work alongside top trial attorneys on challenging cases and get hands-on experience from day one. If you’ve got a background in litigation—especially medical malpractice or healthcare law—you’ll hit the ground running.

What You’ll Do:

• Handle all stages of litigation—from pre-suit to trial
• Draft motions, pleadings, discovery responses, and more
• Attend court hearings, depositions, and client meetings
• Conduct research and develop legal strategy
• Collaborate with senior attorneys and contribute to case outcomes
• Engage in business development and client management initiatives

What You’ll Need:

• JD from an accredited law school
• Active Illinois Bar license
• 2–6 years of litigation experience (medical malpractice/healthcare preferred)
• Strong writing, research, and courtroom skills
• Knowledge of IL and federal civil procedure
• Professional, personable, and team-oriented mindset
