Bartender Manager wanted!

Must be 21 years or over. SERV Safe a plus. Trained in bartending and food preparation preferred.

Responsible for bartending and managing the bar, located within Shadow Valley Tennis & Fitness. Full liquor license.

Open weekday nights Monday-Thursday 6pm-10:30pm, and Saturdays and Sundays, 12pm-5pm for the summer. Schedule will vary according to match schedules, and seasonal needs.

$12/hour plus tips. Free gold adult tennis/fitness membership included (valued at $98/mo.)

Keeping the bar clean and functional at all times, in adherence with health and liquor inspections.

Opening- Stock coolers with product, get ice, prepare coolers for nightly matches, setup bar for ease of use, and light food preparation (pending)
Closing- Restocking of inventory, cleaning, bar dishes, cleaning any food preparation areas, putting away and covering all food & beverage items, locking and securing the bar area, and club.

Friendly demeanor and positive attitude a must. Strong work ethic, and taking care of customers' needs.

Accurately providing itemized receipts to customers. Use of P.O.S. system, processing credit cards, checks, and cash payments.

Responsible for the cash drawer and cash out balancing. No free drinks permitted.

Use good judgement to monitor guests, providing assistance if needed, and making responsible decisions in serving alcohol.
