Sales Executive

Strictly E-Cig is looking for a motivated and outgoing Sales Executive to join our team as an independent contractor. This 1099 role is perfect for someone who wants freedom, flexibility, and full control over their income. The compensation base annual salary ranges $35,000-$40,000 (DOE) and an uncapped commission potential ($2,000–$5,000+/month average).

What You'll Do

As a Sales Executive, you’ll take ownership of driving revenue growth by building strong client relationships and managing accounts from first contact through to invoicing and payment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with retail and wholesale clients
• Identify and secure new business opportunities through outreach, referrals, and follow-ups
• Consistently achieve or exceed sales targets using strategic selling techniques
• Negotiate pricing, promotions, and product placements to maximize profitability
• Provide expert product recommendations aligned with market trends
• Accurately update CRM records and submit regular performance reports
• Partner with fulfillment teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction

What We’re Looking For

We’re seeking a highly motivated, results-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in sales, account management, or business development
• Proven ability to meet or exceed sales goals
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
• Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in vape or consumer goods industries (preferred)

Compensation

This is a 1099 contractor position, not a W-2 role. You are responsible for your own taxes, insurance, and business expenses.

• Base Salary: $35,000–$40,000/year (DOE)
• Commission Potential: Uncapped earning potential ($2,000–$5,000+/month average)
