We have an exciting and exclusive opportunity for a highly motivated Registered Dental Hygienist to join the U.S. Navy as a Hospital Corpsman Dental Hygienist (HMDH) specializing in dental hygiene.

This is an active-duty role to become a Dental Hygienist (Hospital Corpsman - HMDH) in the U.S. Navy.
Location: Full-Time in-person position. Not a remote or telehealth role. Nationwide and overseas assignments available.

Starting Annual Compensation: $63,000 to $99,000

Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality dental hygiene services under the supervision of a Navy Dental Officer. You’ll support the oral health readiness of Sailors and Marines while building clinical excellence in a mission-driven environment. Duties include:
- Infection control and chairside support
- Dental radiography (exposure and processing)
- Hygiene assessments and treatment planning
- Patient education in prevention, nutrition, and behavior modification
- Periodontal scaling and root planing
- Application of fluoride, sealants, and therapeutic agents
- Cleaning of dental appliances and restorations
- Assisting with pain management and other patient care services

Minimum Qualifications:
- Must have completed an Associate Degree in Dental Hygiene (Associate of Science or Associate of Applied Science) or be in the final year of a dental hygiene program.
- The program must be accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA).
- Must hold a valid state license as an RDH
- U.S. Citizenship or Legal Permanent Resident (Green Card holder)
- Between the ages of 17 and 41
