Position: Temporary Office Operations Assistant (Temp-to-Hire)
Company: Confidential (LA based global investment firm)
Location: Santa Monica, CA | Onsite, Monday–Friday | 7:00 AM–4:00 PM
Pay Rate: $26.00/hour
Duration: Long-Term | Temp-to-Hire
Our client, a well-regarded investment firm, is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Office Assistant to support day-to-day office operations.This role offers a dynamic environment with exposure to various departments and the opportunity to grow within a well-established, collaborative organization.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of office spaces, kitchens, and patios
- Set up/reset conference rooms; assist with video conferencing
- Handle supply inventory, grocery orders, and kitchen stocking
- Support catered lunches and general office upkeep
- Assist with new hire setups and light furniture moves
- Run occasional errands and deliveries; provide admin support as needed
Qualifications:
- 2+ years in office coordination, facilities, or admin support
- Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management
- Proactive, reliable, and able to handle shifting priorities
- Excellent communication skills and team player
- Comfortable with Microsoft Office; valid driver’s license and transportation
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, not required
