Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, or Education, active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification, and a minimum 1+ years BCBA experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Hours: 7:00 AM 2:30 PM
We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join our Student Support Services Team for the 20252026 school year. This is a part-time position designed to support students from Kindergarten through age 21 across multiple programs and settings. The BCBA will play a key role in enhancing student outcomes by conducting behavioral assessments, developing individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs), and supporting staff through consultation and professional development.
Key Responsibilities:Conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) and develop targeted Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs).
Provide direct and indirect behavioral support services to students with a wide range of needs.
Collaborate with special education staff, related service providers, and families to ensure cohesive service delivery.
Monitor and evaluate the implementation of behavior plans and make data-informed adjustments as needed.
Train and coach school staff (including paraprofessionals) in behavior management strategies and data collection procedures.
Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of behavior-related goals and objectives.
Maintain accurate and timely documentation in compliance with district and state requirements.
Students ranging from Kindergarten through age 21.
Diverse caseload across a spectrum of developmental, behavioral, and emotional needs.
Required:
Bachelors Degree in Psychology, Education, or a related field.
Current and valid New Hampshire Department of Education (DOE) Certification.
Active BCBA License in the state of New Hampshire.
Preferred:
Previous experience working in a school-based setting.
Strong knowledge of evidence-based behavioral practices and data collection systems.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
