We are looking for an experienced and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team in Westchester, Illinois. This position offers a Contract-to-Permanent opportunity for candidates with strong communication and organizational skills. You will play a key role in handling customer inquiries, managing data, and ensuring smooth interactions between departments.
Responsibilities:
• Direct incoming work to the appropriate department for further processing.
• Consolidate duplicate profiles to maintain accurate customer records.
• Address customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, or other communication channels.
• Assist with scheduling appointments and maintaining accurate logs.
• Perform data entry tasks with precision and efficiency.
• Handle both inbound and outbound calls to provide timely support.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure seamless workflow and customer satisfaction.
• Utilize tools such as Microsoft Excel and Word to complete tasks effectively.
• Uphold company standards for customer service in every interaction.
• Support additional administrative functions as needed.• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Proven ability to type at least 35 words per minute.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated excellence in customer service.
• Familiarity with call center operations or similar customer service environments.
• Experience with software tools like Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Bilingual proficiency in Spanish is a plus.
• Previous experience with Five9 or similar systems is advantageous but not required.
