A Typical Day Involves:

• Handling inbound calls from U.S. customers of a leading home improvement retail chain
• Delivering accurate and complete information using the right tools and resources
• Occasionally suggesting additional products or services to existing customers

Requirements

What You Bring:

• Strong English communication skills (C1 level or higher)
• Prior customer service experience is a plus
• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Confidence in using computers and navigating software systems
• A professional, enthusiastic and supportive mindset with a willingness to learn
• Flexibility to work late shifts
