Job Summary:
We seek a dynamic and strategic Business Development Director to lead our growth initiatives in the Metal Forming Industry. The ideal candidate will possess a commercial background, exceptional leadership qualities, a strong understanding of engineering principles, and the ability to navigate corporate-level negotiations. This role requires global travel, P&L responsibility, and the management of a small team of technical sales staff. Proficiency in a second language is highly desirable. Position is remote-based within North America.
