Overview of the Tax Manager Role:

• Prepare federal and state quarterly estimates
• Prepare, review and file US federal and international returns
• Prepare and file indirect tax returns

Preferred Qualifications of Tax Manager:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, or business
• 5 years or more of previous work experience
• CPA is a plus
• Proficient in Excel including pivot tables and vlookups, etc
• Experience with ASC 740 tax provisions
• Financial services or in tech industry is preferred
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to work in fast-paced environment, attention to detail, problem solving
• Proficient knowledge of accounts payable and accounts receivable concepts and practices

Compensation range $120,000-$150,000
