I m reaching out with an excellent locum tenens Advanced Practice Provider (APP) opportunity with a reputable company in Groton, CA. This is a part-time/PRN position ideal for providers with occupational health experience who are looking for a long-term contract.

Location:
Occ-Clinic- Groton, CT 06340

Schedule:

• Saturday : 8:00 AM 1:00 PM
• PRN shifts available Mon-Fri: Daytime hours, depending on the day

Start Date: ASAP
Specialty: Primary Care / VERY light occ health
Patient Volume: patients/day
EMR: Epic

Role Highlights:

• Provide primary and acute care for employees and their dependents. sees ages 2+.
• Patient centered medical health - allocate 30 minutes for each appointment and 45 minutes for each physical appt.
• Provide preventative physicals, chronic disease management, acute condition management.

Requirements:

• Active CT license, BC, BLS, and DEA
• Minimum 3 year of experience in Primary Care and/or Occupational Health

Compensation:

• Hourly Rate discussed by Phone
• Paid Weekly
• 100% Malpractice Paid
